A Cloud Services Team Lead, specializing in one or many of today’s leading Cloud Platforms, (e.g. Microsoft, Google,) who is responsible for leading teams as well as the design and development of data ingestion and storage solutions as part of a client directed team onsite at the client’s location.


  • Design and build service layers on top of Google cloud services to make consumption by internal dev teams easier and consistent.
  • Work as part of the client ‘s platform team to design IoT solution and capabilities to be leveraged by multiple development teams.
  • Build solutions that are scalable.
  • Build solutions that incorporate logging, diagnostic, and health monitoring.
  • Provide best practices and code samples to internal dev teams to leverage Google big data services and custom services built and maintained by Cloud Platform team.




  • Experience leading teams or overseeing the organizing, delegation, and management of team initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cloud design patterns
  • Experience with Google Cloud or deep knowledge of Azure and OpenStack
  • Experience designing and developing solutions on and with leading Cloud platforms
  • Experience with building enterprise cloud applications in Typescript, Python, or Node.JS
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing and building Web Services and APIs using either Python, Typescript/Node.JS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of common web authentication schemes (OAuth, OAuth2, AWS signature, etc.)
  • Provide technical solution recommendations which align to the clients business and technology strategy
  • Experience with Continuous Integration with testing is a plus
  • Experienced with the Agile development practices
  • Experience writing applications that require identity management
  • Familiar with UML design patterns
  • Assists with identifying and organizing requirements and producing specifications
  • Work with end users, product analysts, and developers to understand features and technical implementations
  • Leadership in applying and mentoring best practices to internal development teams
  • Provide technical solution recommendations which align to the clients business and technology strategy
  • Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art computer technology, equipment, and systems; participates in professional development activities as appropriate
  • Seeks to identify areas of opportunity for quality, process, project management improvement

 Strongly Desired:  

  • Experience with Google Cloud solutions
  • Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript (ES6), CSS, MVC pattern
  • Knowledge of Angular 4 is a plus
  • Knowledge in web socket technologies (e.g. SSE, SignalR, Socket.IO
